The firm accepts engagements on a defined scope. Before work begins, the scope, deliverables, timelines and the responsibilities of each side are recorded in an engagement letter.

Audit engagements are carried out under the Standards on Auditing issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Financial statements are prepared and reviewed against the applicable accounting standards. Tax positions are documented as they are taken rather than reconstructed at the time of assessment.

Client information is treated as confidential and is not disclosed outside the engagement except where a statute or a regulator requires it.
